Like other desert rats, I LOVE finding old homesteads here in the desert. Unfortunately, there aren't that many left! :-( I found this one on Dillon Road, near Sky Valley yesterday while I was out driving through that area. Yes, I do wonder what stories those old abandoned homesteads could tell. I am enjoying the warmer weather here in soCal today also.
I am also enjoying all the shades of brown and tan in your photo. It's been a while since I've visited our desert areas.
