Desert towns

I love driving up Highway 62 to the desert towns of Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, and Joshua Tree.  There are so many interesting buildings to view, including these.  I could spend a couple days up there.  These are small high desert towns and have many old and unusual buildings, like these!

Lovely buildings, aren't they. I particularly like Tamma's Magic Mercantile, the antique mall on the right in Yucca Valley.

Some of these look familiar from my days hanging out at the fleamarket in Yucca Valley. Thanks for sharing.

Is the fleamarket still at the old drive-in theater in Yucca?

Wonderful shots. You're right, you could spend a couple days (or more) checking out the buildings along 62. I recognize them all except the last shot.
