This beautiful gate is up near Idyllwild, CA. It's actually in Fern Valley, which is right next door to the cabin that we like to rent whenever it is available. I like the fortress look of the stones and gate - it seems so imposing that I would ring the doorbell before knocking so I make my getaway if needed...nothing these days is as massively styled as this!
