I enjoy taking the side roads in our local mountains and I took this road one day last spring. With rain and snow in the forecast for next week, I'm sure it will look very different soon! But, on this day, in this light, this is how the forest looked. This is only 30 minutes from our desert home. This Way Thursday for January 14, 2010.
