A few minutes later, after the sun disappeared, these cliffs were their normal color. They were only golden for a short time and I'm glad we were able to view them in their glory.

Yellow flowers at COD~Mellow Yellow for 050409
Hubby and I drove down to College of the Desert yesterday afternoon to see their agricultural garden. These delightful yellow beauties were in full bloom. Aren't they pretty? Mellow Yellow for Monday, May 4, 2009.
They look like Gazania's to me. I have some yellow ones blooming in MY yard currently. These are lovely. I played at Happily Retired Gal and Small Reflections on Monday but haven't had time to visit until today. Hugs and blessings,
