I've grown to love my morning walks, although I now only get out about 2 mornings a week, and only one of those is during the work week. It's just too dark and I have to get to school. But, on the weekends, I'm out walking. I love to see all the previous night's footprints in the sand. They always tell a story, although I'm still learning to read that story! The nature center tracks should help you learn.
Even tho I love Joshua Tree, I'll be the first to admit that being alone in the desert at night would not be a relaxing activity.
Looks like a party! Would be interesting to try and figure out "whose been there". Footprints of any kind don't lie ;)
It makes me want to put sand in the yard to see what I would find the next morning...Michelle
