We've had a couple of days here in the valley with light rain and I headed out Wednesday to see the rainbows. It was misting at about 1,000 feet up toward Highway 74 and I stopped to take a picture of the rainbow and ocotillo. Higher up in the mountains, it was POURING! SkyWatch Friday for 122812. Beautiful shots. I remember being fascinated by the ocotillo when I first saw it on our trip to Arizona. Happy New Year!
Wow, what a stunning shot, getting a rainbow and ocotillo in the same shot. I think I see a nice red barrel as well.
